are you just farming LP for implants or what is your overall goal? I've found that i've preferred lvl 4s because certain missions can give me up to 20m in bounties (e.g. Extravaganzas).

Worlds collide requires a faction tank. Even if you could run your tech 2 tank forever, you can't tank the raw DPS in a manner that would allow for a solo effort to bear fruit.

if you have 1 RP then you have a chance at a tech 2 bpo. But a lot a of people have hundreds of thousands of RPs in the lotto system. It's a chance, but a slim one.

No demand seems to be the issue, however, i don't see how using 2 t2 rigs giving the same damage bonus as 3 x damage mods isn't enticing, especially for armor tankers and likewise for any other rig. If it comes down to it, i'll just stop salvaging...

It's not busted; just manage the aggro and it's really easy -- if you don't then it's very hard. Including the spawn that you meet there are 5 waves.
